What does President’s Team 15K mean?

In the referenced plan, President’s Team qualification requires 10,000 Royalty Override Points in each of three consecutive months. The 15K recognition uses 15,000 in each of three consecutive months. These are plan points, not a monthly salary.

Shahaf’s profile on Evergreen identifies him as President’s Team 15K. That recognition provides context for his personal story and speaking experience. It does not tell a reader his take-home income, expenses, or what a new distributor might achieve. Those are separate questions that cannot be answered by a title or a stage photograph.

A chart is a useful introduction, but it compresses information. Before using any threshold as a target, locate the relevant section in your current agreement and read the definitions attached to it. Write down the qualifying period, the type of activity being counted, and any documentation or training required.

Ask which conditions apply when first qualifying and which apply afterward. If a presentation uses an abbreviation, request the full name and the official definition. Keep the dated document with your notes so that a later change or a different presentation does not silently replace the rules you relied on.

Keep recognition separate from your business review

When you review a business, start with actual customer demand, receipts, spending, and the time involved. Keep a separate record of customer sales and costs instead of treating a title as a financial result.

A useful conversation includes ordinary working days as well as milestones: how inquiries are handled, how product questions are answered, and how much time goes into follow-up and administration. Ask for concrete examples of the work. Then compare that work with the time and resources you can realistically commit.
